REFUNDS:
We have a flexible cancelation policy in place for all our customers - you are allowed to cancel all bookings made on Findparking.com at any point in time, provided the cancelation is made 24 hours before the check-in time listed on your reservation. Any requests for cancelations made within 24 hours of your reservations check-in time will NOT be entertained. Findparking.com customers can, however, make alterations to their travel dates by rebooking their reservations - simply get in touch with us via phone or email and our staff will ensure that all your grievances are met and resolved smoothly and efficiently.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused days you may have remaining on your booking. Any extensions on parking time that are not included in the booking made on Findparking.com will be charged to the customer by the parking lot/garage involved. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or lack of last-minute availability, your parking reservation may need to be moved to an alternate lot/garage that's located close to your original location. Rest assured, this process will be handled efficiently by our customer support team, who will make certain that you have a comfortable and hassle-free parking experience.

All the information seen on Findparking.com has been provided to us by our service providers, and we endeavor to display only the most relevant and updated information when it comes to the services that are on offer. In the unlikely event that there are any errors/wrong details displayed on our listings due to typographical and/or lot-related information, Findparking.com, and/or our service provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such requests, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged and/or your order has been confirmed. In the event that your credit card has been charged for the purchase from your account in this scenario and your order stands canceled due to incorrect service provider information, our support team will take necessary steps to ensure that a smooth refund is initiated. Findparking.com does not sell or control the services' inventory that is subject to the Service Providers, who are obligated by Findparking.com to comply with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and standards pertaining to provide the services, safety, marketing, and sales. Service Providers and Findparking.com cannot be held liable for any general or personal injuries that occur while on the property. Moreover, the Service Providers and Findparking.com will not be held liable for any theft or damages to the user's vehicle, items in the vehicle, or any other user property. In the event that such an occurrence takes place, contact the property who serviced your reservation for more information on how to handle your claim.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Please note that the customer/user agrees to be bound by this sale agreement, and accept its terms and conditions in its entirety (unless the customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Findparking.com, in which case the separate agreement shall take precedence). Customers/users are required to read the terms and conditions of the sale agreement carefully, and in detail.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Findparking.com refutes any liability for possible lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of said damages, or for any claim by a third party except as expressly furnished herein. Findparking.com will also not be held liable for products or services not being available for use and/or lost or corrupted data or software issues. The Website cannot be held liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for any purchase(s) that fall under this agreement. Please note that the Customer also agrees to comply with any liabilities that may come up in relation to the purchase of the aforementioned products or services.
